Are batteries included with those products that require them?
Our merchandise does not include batteries. The product description usually specifies any merchandise that does include batteries.

What if I have a problem while placing an order?
Although most online orders go very smoothly, occasionally you may experience some bumps in the road. How do I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?
We process orders very quickly in order to provide our customers with excellent service. This does make it difficult for us to cancel or modify your order once it is submitted. Will I receive an automatic confirmation that my order has been processed after I have placed my order?
No. Usually we do not contact you unless we need more information, or there's a problem. But you can request Order Confirmation by writing that under the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" section of the order form.

Will I receive a confirmation when my order is shipped?
Yes you will hear from us. You can request that we send you a confirmation email buy writing that in the 'SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS' section of the order form. If you sent your order via fax or mail, a Customer Service Representative at 778-426-3335 will be able to verify whether your order has shipped.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express -Paypal  and International Money Orders. At this time, we do not accept checks, or C.O.D. payments.

When will my credit card be charged?
We do not charge your card until your order has shipped.

What do I do if my credit card information is declined?
If the site declines your credit card information, once you have verified that the name, credit card number and expiration date are correct, the issuing bank of your credit card should be able to provide you with further information. We are unable to provide information on why a card might have been declined. It will occasionally happen that a credit card purchase is authorized at the time an order is placed but declined at the time of shipping. We regret that this is not a situation that we can foresee or control and recommend that you contact your issuing bank if it should occur.

If I ordered an item and it is on back order, will you ship it to me when it is once again available?
If your order information included an email address, we will send you an email to inform you that a product you ordered is not available for immediate delivery. Then a Customer Service Rep will discuss your options, and course of action you would prefer. We will ship the item to you when we receive it into stock.

When do you charge my credit card for product that is on back order?
We do not charge your credit card for the purchase price of the item until it has shipped. If the backordered item was part of a larger order, shipping costs for the items shipped WILL NOT incorporate ANY charges for the backordered item(s). I was on your site and saw a product that I wanted to order, but when I came back later, it was no longer there. What happened?
The product you are looking for may be temporarily out of stock or no longer available. We make every attempt to keep the site updated so that only items that are currently available are shown.
